BRANCH MANAGER Picton C3 is a market leader in New Zealand's port related product handling, adding value to its client's business by providing solutions to their logistics needs. Employing over 1,200 staff in 13 ports, C3 is currently experiencing strong growth. We are seeking a manager to take on the leadership of one of our top performing teams at our Picton (Port Marlborough) branch. This operation involves a log scaling checkpoint facility and log marshalling operation where logs arrive via truck and sea barge. As well as measuring the logs the operation also prepares the logs for loading onto log vessels. To succeed in this role, you must have a 'can-do' approach and be ready to embrace a position of responsibility with effort and enthusiasm. You will have natural leadership abilities, be self- motivated with a continuous improvement focus and have strong customer relationship skills.
