TOI FOUNDATION IS CALLING FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR ONE TOI TRUSTEE VACANCY. FOUNDATION The Minister of Finance is charged with the responsibility of appointing Trustees, and each year the Minister invites the Toi Foundation (previously TSB Community Trust) to put forward nominations of suitable people to be considered for appointment as a Trustee. As well as seeking nominations from the Foundation, the Minister can also receive nominations directly from any other interested party. The Toi Foundation is a philanthropic funder with two key assets - a controlling share in Fisher Funds Management Ltd and 100% shareholder of TSB Bank Ltd. The Foundation is an active asset owner with Trustee Directors appointed to its holding company Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd as well as Trustee Directors appointed to the boards of each of its key assets. If you reside within the Foundation's legislative boundary (refer to the Foundation's website), can bring a diversity of thinking and background, have significant networks within Taranaki, a passion to see our region succeed, and align with our values you may be motivated to become part of the Foundation.
