A vacancy exists for a Qualified Technical/Project Manager This position will be responsible for the management of all technical aspects related to Prime Range Meats. ncludes MPI/Overseas visitors/compliance/auditors/animal welfare/ OMARS/HACCP e Lead and develop personnel within Prime Range Meats operation. e Co-ordinate efforts by establishing technical, procurement, production, marketing, policies and practices; Develop and lead project teams where logical and financial opportunities exist; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Attributes and Experience You will have technical experience within the food related processing industry Excellent communication skills e Strong leadership and management skills You will excel at time management, can work to agreed timelines and meet quality, food safety and cost management requirements.
