Each application includes an assessment of environmental effects. Applicant Name: Brawn Vineyards Estates Limited Reference Number: U211049 Proposal: To take Wairau Aquifer FMU water from wells P28w/3466 and P28w/3806 up to a maximum rate of 106,225 cubic metres per year. To use water for the irrigation of up to 35 hectares of vineyard located on Pt Sec 15 SO 2889 Wairau Dist, Lot 2 DP 11465, Pt Lot 1 DP 1183, Lot 1 DP 11456 and Sec 1 SO 7152 and up to 3 hectares of pasture and crops located on Pt Lot 1 DP 1183. To take Wairau Aquifer FMU water from wells P28w/3466 and P28w/3806 up to a maximum rate of 3,800 cubic metres per year outside of the irrigation season. To use water for ancillary purposes outside of the irigation season on Pt Sec 15 SO 2889 Wairau Dist, Lot 2 DP 11465, Pt Lot 1 DP 1183, Lot 1 DP 11456 and Sec 1 SO 7152. To use water to imigate 7.5 hectares of vineyard and 2.5 ha of crops on Lot 2 DP 3068.
