Our business is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Cook to join us at our busy café "Thomas & Sons" in our retail store. Your responsibilities will include: . Preparing high quality food items for our café. . Identifying and developing new menu items . Overseeing the ordering of food and non-food items for the café. . Ensuring all health and safety policies are followed by all café staff. . Setting and maintaining standards for food safety in all food preparation areas . Full understanding of the food control plan Our successful candidate will have: .Excellent communication skills. . A positive attitude to work and the ability to motivate a hard-working team. . Previous experience as a Chef or Cook. . The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
