We are looking for motivated compassionate, empathetic individuals to support our clients to live their best life. We are looking for Support Workers to join our highly motivated team to engage with clients in supporting them to live their lives, in their communities, in ways that are meaningful to them. To join our team you need to be: A great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (eg: social media, texting, non-verbal communication aids) Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time Willing to continually up skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities Able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life Able to work in a role that is akin to a combination of life-coaching, support work, companionship and being motivational. Good with written skills as fortnightly progress reporting is required. Essential skills required: Hold a qualification in health and well being (Level 4 and above) Have weekend availability Are experienced in (or willing to be trained) in progress notes report writing.
