RUGBY SOUTHLAND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Constitution and Rules of Rugby Southland Incorporated (adopted 20 April 2015), Notice is hereby given to the Members of Rugby Southland as defined in Rule 4 (together with the sending of the requisite Notices to Clubs and Affiliated Bodies) that the 134th Annual General Meeting of Rugby Southland Incorporated will be held in the 1st XV Lounge of Rugby Park, 278 Tweed Street, Invercargill on Monday 19th April 2021 at 7.30pm. for the purpose of considering business as defined in Rule 11.1.
