Trade Sales Supervisor You will be receiving incoming calls from trade customers, providing pricing information and preparing quotations, as well as resolving general customer enquiries. Working closely with experienced Account Managers & Senior leaders in the business, you will support our trade clients ensuring they experience the best customer service. You will be assisting on a range of projects, discussing plans and liaising regularly with suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and attention to detail that will enable you to ensure our products are delivered in full and on time. You will be computer literate and will possess good numerical skills. You ideally have some understanding of building practices. Experience in construction are an advantageous, but not essential.
