As Director of Sport you will lead, manage, direct and influence the school sports programme in line with the College Strategic and Annual Plan. This position is a permanent full-time salaried sports management position, commencing in late January 2023. Some flexibility with regard to working hours will be required due to the nature of the position. Our ideal candidate will: Have a passion for young people in sport Have a proven record of administration and leadership skills Be a strong communicator in a variety of settings Have the personality to build teams and work with volunteers Have a proven record of human and physical resource management Be used to working within budgets and financial realities.
