6 St Bernard's College TE KURA TUARUA Ó HATO PERENARA St Bernard's College Director of Sport We are looking for a Director of Sport who will continue to lead and grow our thriving and successful sports programme. As Director of Sport you will lead, manage, direct and influence the school sports programme in line with the College Strategic and Annual Plan. This position is a permanent full-time salaried sports management position, commencing in late January 2023. Some flexibility with regard to working hours will be required due to the nature of the position. Our ideal candidate will: Have a passion for young people in sport Have a proven record of administration and leadership skills Be a strong communicator in a variety of settings Have the personality to build teams and work with volunteers Have a proven record of human and physical resource management Be used to working within budgets and financial realities. Applicants will need to comply with legislative requirements and obtain clearance to work with young people in accordance with the Children's Act 2014.
