You will also be responsible for supervising a small team of staff. We are looking for a results driven individual that has a passion for food and providing excellent customer service. You will have a flare for presentation and be able to work effectively under pressure. This roles requires one weekend day THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE: A strong people focus; be able to lead by example and supervise and work well with others A strong professional work ethic; be physically fit and be able to work in a fast paced environment A results focus; be able to plan and organise to be able to deliver results through others A flare and passion for food and an eye for detail A customer focus; be able to meet and exceed customer expectations; and Preferably, you will have Service Deli Seafood experience as well as experience supervising staff, however full training will be given to the right applicant.
