We are seeking a dynamic and committed Junior Boarding Manager to help provide a home away from home for our girls. We're looking for someone with energy and vision to be a part of our cohesive boarding team. The welfare of teenage girls is the central focus of this role, and the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and guiding them through a significant life transition. Flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of cultural diversity, is essential. Those with teaching, nursing or counselling backgrounds would be well suited to the role. Accommodation within the boarding house may be available to the successful applicant. Days of work will be Monday to Friday, during the school term.
