Senior Boarding Manager NGA TAWA DIOCESAN SCHOOL ngatawa.school.nz Full-time, Permanent Nga Tawa Diocesan School is a special character boarding and day school for year 9-13 girls. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Senior Boarding Manager to help provide a home away from home for our girls. We're looking for someone with energy and vision to be a part of our cohesive boarding team. The welfare of teenage girls is the central focus of this role, and the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and guiding them through a significant life transition. Flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of cultural diversity, is essential. Those with teaching, nursing or counselling backgrounds would be well suited to the role. Days of work will be Monday to Friday, during the school term, and onsite accommodation may be available to the successful applicant.
