Versatile TM Build Teams Manager/Supervisor Are you ready to put down the tools and be part of a team planning and delivering great buildings to our customers? What will you be doing in this role? Actively working alongside your customers ensuring they are kept informed at every stage of the building process through to handover Managing your build teams through, project planning, scheduling and ensuring build costs are managed to budget You will be liaising with sub-contractors and council Monitoring and driving health and safety improvements on all our building sites What will allow you to succeed? Hands on building experience You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build trust with your team and customers You will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, in a calm and professional way A proven ability to get things done You will have excellent problem-solving abilities and will quickly identify the best solution in response to the challenges we face in our building projects Proven computer skills & experience with Excel What's on offer for you?
