NAYLAND COLLEGE TE KRETI O NEIRANA Nayland College enrolment scheme To avoid overcrowding, or the likelihood of overcrowding at Nayland College, the Ministry of Education has developed an enrolment scheme that will take effect from 2 April 2021. The guidelines for development and operation of enrolment schemes are issued under section 11G (3) of the Education Act 1989 for the purpose of describing the basis on which the Secretary's powers in relation to enrolment schemes will be exercised. Under this scheme, students will be entitled to enrol if they live within the Nayland College home zone.
