Christmas in the Park proudly brings together amazing Christmas themed events and Taupo traditions into one special day.
The day begins with the Mitre 10 MEGA Santa Parade and then we come together at Riverside Park for all the other supporting events. They are purposefully designed to give you a meaningful and enjoyable pre Christmas experience.
Think of this as your "I can't wait for Christmas" moment where we will give you bucket loads of Christmas spirit, good times and joyful memories.
Back in 2009 we launched a brand new Christmas themed event called Christmas in the Pool on Christmas Eve.
At its core was a desire to bring the meaning and joy of Christmas for FREE to Taupo.
To entertain with amazing Christmas Carols.
To be a Christmas season highlight for all those who attended.
Taupo District Council asked us to bring all the best of that event along with adding some of Taupo's firm holiday time favourites together, to create something truly special that we call Christmas in the Park.
We can't wait see you all there on the 5th of December 2020. You deserve a special end to what may have been a difficult year for you.
