Palmers is proudly New Zealand owned and operated, with 12 stores across the North Island. Starting from humble beginnings Palmers was originally a family business. Mr A W Palmer started a plant nursery in Glen Eden in 1912, the new business prospered and grew with New Zealand's first modern style garden centre being built on the site in 1958. Palmers are proud to continue in this innovative tradition, constantly evolving and adapting to make your garden shopping experience easier and more pleasant. We are renowned for our experienced and knowledgeable staff who are happy to provide any gardening advice, whether you’re new to gardening or an enthusiast.
