PROCEDURES FOR BEGINNING OF TERM ONE Course Confirmation Dates for Senior Students ALL Year 12 and Year 13 students MUST come into school on either Tuesday 28 or Wednesday 29 January (between 9am and 4.30pm). It is very important to attend as this is a final check on external assessment results and whether entry criteria for courses has been met. Appointments times can be made through the school interviews website which parents should have received an email code for. Year 11 students who require a CHANGE to their course MUST come into school on these dates also. The Year 11 Dean will be available. STARTING DATES FOR TERM 1 2020 Monday 3 February - 8.45am Year 9 and 13 attend Year 9 students to meet outside the Hub (Waihi Road side) Year 13 to gather in the Hub Powhiri commences at 9.00am Parents are very welcome to attend Tuesday 4 February- 8.55am All year levels attend Students are expected to be in full, correct uniform. Students should bring writing materials on the first day of school.
