We are looking to appoint a full-time 52 weeks caretaker to work 5 days 40 hours per week from late January 2021. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, methodical, is safety conscious, likes being part of a team, is patient, likes detail and skilled at explaining things clearly and who likes teenagers. Our ideal candidate is; Someone with carpentry/landscaping experience and as a real bonus working with young people in a secondary school setting A fast learner, familiar and comfortable with technology which we use to monitor safety An excellent communicator - both verbal and written Full of initiative and ability to self-manage and at the same time flexible to respond to what's happening for the team A problem solver who takes pride in resolving tricky queries Good humoured, curious and upbeat.
