MARLBOROUGH DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF DECISIONS ON SUBMISSIONS ON AQUACULTURE VARIATIONS On 19 May 2023, the Marlborough District Council gives public notice that it has made its decisions on the provisions of Variation 1: Marine Farming and Variation 1A: Finfish Farming and the matters raised in submissions. As of this date, the Proposed Marlborough Environment Plan is amended in accordance with these decisions. The decisions are available for download from the Marlborough District Council's website www.marlborough.govt.nz.
