Strong leadership skills, high level of technology competence, effective administration and organisational knowledge, prudent financial management and transparent reporting skills are vital to this role. Substantial communication and relationship skills that foster unity, support working collaboratively with the marae trustees, marae whánau, marae users and wider community to enable the marae to succeed, are essential. ra e to give effect to its Strategic Plan.
