We are looking for a highly capable cook to join our busy school kitchen and assist in managing our catering team. As a shift supervisor, the successful applicant will be able to maintain all aspects of kitchen operation in the absence of catering management. This role requires experience in quantity meal preparation and service, specialist cuisine, baking, and function catering. A relevant catering qualification would be an advantage. Rostered days are Sunday - Thursday and may include some split shifts but hours can be negotiable. A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
