Permanent/Fulltime We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead our busy school kitchen team. They will ensure our students are well fed during term time and hireages are catered for during holiday periods. Applicants will: Be responsible for menu planning, ordering, cooking and preparing food appropriate for secondary school students. Undertake administration tasks including rosters, operational procedures and checklists, health and safety, inventory, stock management and budgeting. Have the confidence to train and develop their catering team and support, motivate and engage approximately ten staff The role is for a minimum of 40 hours/per week. 6 weeks annual leave. There may be onsite accommodation available for the successful applicant.
