Kia körero Let's talk Shuttle buggy volunteers, donors and sponsors gathered recently for an official blessing of a new buggy at Nelson Hospital. Since 2006 the huttle buggy has operated 8 houts a day 5 days a week (except public holidays). In the 13 years of operation over 90,000 passengers have been transported between the carparks and the main hospital buildings. It is estimated that by April 2020 it will celebrate its 100,000 passenger.
