This indludes streets and footpaths in CBDS, sports grounds, and all parks and reserves. For a list of specific spaces that are under the policy see our website. The following meetings have been scheduled for the month of March 2020: The watering ban came into effect today (Wednesday. 26 February) and means a total ban on all outdoor water use including hand held hoses, gardem and lawn sprinklers and irrigation systems, water blasters and car washing until further notice. Flona Vessey, Councils Group Manager Service Delivery says she knows it can seem scary to be banning outdoor water use, however moving to level 4 is a preventative measure.
