REPORT YOUR NEAR MISS ONLINE It's important that we protect people and places from harm. Concern for the welfare of others and preserving our habitats are the hallmarks of a protective approach. We are asking that you help us by reporting any NEAR MISS you have when out cycling or walking so that we can identify where there are issues affecting your safety. The map image beside shows dots and circles where a NEAR MISS has been reported. A Marlborough wide NEAR MISS map can be viewed on the Council website. This information provides us with a 'picture of something that is not working well and already we have implemented speed changes to increase safety in this area. New cycle infrastructure and new pedestrian crossings are also in the planning stages.
