As the first point of call for the business, you'll love using your exceptional interpersonal skills, proven administration experience and great customer service skills to provide efficient and effective support to clients and consultants. Responsibilities include managing incoming enquires and maintaining data and client information, and a range of general administration tasks. An important aspect of this role will be providing support to the wider team to ensure no sales opportunities are missed, so a proven ability to engage in the sales process would be a benefit, and knowledge of the finance sector and loan agreements would be an advantage Down to earth and approachable, you'll know how to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide range of people, and will thrive in a busy and varied environment.
