Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager this significant leadership role will take responsibility for prioritising, scheduling, and planning work for the workshop team. Drawing on your trade or engineering experience and strong understanding of works planning and scheduling, you'll work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to manage repairs and maintenance activities, support project work and ensure ongoing provision of operational support to the Port and Marinas. To be successful in this role you'll have proven leadership skills and will build enduring and respectful relationships to work positively across the organisation and with external contractors and stakeholders. You'll be adept at motivating and developing teams to succeed, and have a track record of driving and embedding a health and safety culture. You'll be I.T. literate and have a practical, productive approach while fostering continuous improvement within your team.
