Invitation for The Coach House Expressions of Interest MUSEUM Food Catering An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Coach House Museum to provide food catering and service. We have a fully equipped, modern commercial Registered Kitchen on site at our museum and hire venue, as well as a volunteer kitchen team who are able to assist. If you are interested in providing catering service on a casual basis, with the prospect of working together to build on our hospitality opportunities for tour groups and private and commercial functions at our unique hire venue. If you already have your own Registered Kitchen and catering business, perhaps you are keen to investigate ways of including the museums hospitality needs to your operation. Either way, we're keen to talk to you about how you may be able to help us with: Providing food and service for small and large functions. Ability to follow and execute Food Control Plan and follow compliance procedures on site. Flexibility to working hours for our casual requirements and rostering teams to do so also. Alternatively, if you have hospitality and catering experience, food handling knowledge or certification, if you're looking for a community project to get involved as a volunteer, this could be you. We're keen to talk about your thoughts and ideas on how this could work for you, if you're happy to take the lead to share your skills and expertise to help the museum.
