SOUTHLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL s INTENTION TO GRANT A LEASE TO THE RIVERTON COASTGUARD In accordance with Section 73(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, notice is given that the Southland District Council intend to grant a lease to the Riverton Coastguard for the existing building and a proposed building on the Taramea Bay Recreation Reserve in Riverton for a term of 33 years, under public interest. The area contained in the lease is 1,179m2, more or less, being part of Section 38 Block II Jacobs River Hundred.
