SOUTHLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL Consultation for Subdivision, Land Use and Development Code of Practice/Bylaw Council proposes to revoke the current Subdivision, Land Use and Development Bylaw 2012 and adopt a new Code of Practice. A change to the document reference within the District Plan is also required. This is your opportunity to comment and let us know what you think by lodging a submission. The Code of Practice is a joint document with Invercargill City Council. Consultation documents are available through Invercargill City Council's consultation webpage https://letstalk.icc.govt.nz/ and at your local Southland District Council office. Consultation documents include the draft Code of Practice, a Statement of Proposal to revoke the Bylaw, District Plan change documents, and details on how to make a submission.
