St John Here for Life St John in Thames Our health shuttles looking after the Thames, Ngatea and Paeroa communities travel 17,000 km, transporting around 460 patients every month. That is 13 trips a day providing this essential service to our community. It takes volunteers to operate the service and donations to fund it. How can you help? We need volunteer drivers and we need donations to keep it running. Our youth teams had a busy term and performed well in recent competitions. Our Gold team made selection for the regional competitions to be held in Taupo in August while our Blues, Greens and young Penguins took out most of the places in the Tuakau competitions. How can you help? We need more youth to enrol and we need donations to keep it running. St John Thames hosts and administers the Social Connectiveness (Social Isolation) forum for the Thames Community. This forum is open to representatives from any organisation or individuals with an interest in Social Connectiveness / Social Isolation in our Community. The next Forum is: Tuesday 06 August 2019 RSVP is essential. Donations to help support this are appreciated.
