These booklets are available free from the St John Opportunity shop and Thames pharmacies. The booklets provide ambulance and other emergency responders with essential information in an emergency when patients are not able to do so themselves. The booklets come in a plastic envelope with magnets attached so they can be attached to the outside of the fridge and readily found. Our volunteers provide comfort and support to patients and their relatives who are in the Emergency Department.
