TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SMITH ROAD, WINTON In accordance with the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Council will close Smith Road, Winton to through traffic between the hours of 8am on Monday 4 May 2020 until 5pm on Friday 8 May 2020. The purpose of the closure is to enable the removal of old bridge and installation of new culvert. A detour will not be available but the road will be reopened as soon as safely possible in the event of an emergency. It will be an offence for vehicles to use the road during the period of closure without the prior written approval of the Group Manager Services and Assets.
