If you're symptomatic, you should get tested and self-isolate until you have received a negative test result and your symptoms are gone. It's free to get assessed and tested bya GPor nurse at your medical centre or at an after-hours centre. You can also get free health advice from Healthline at any time: 0800 358 5453 The Tahunanui (Nelson) and Blenheim community-based assessment centres (CBACS) will be closed by Saturday 13 June. AVOID CATCHING AVIRUS Wash and dry your hands. Clean surfaces regularly. Stay at home if you are unwell and phone your GPor Healthline for advice. COUGH OR SNEEZE into your elbow or by covering your mouth and nose with tissues. TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH Seek help for any concerns.
