TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - Russell Esplanade, Otautau Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Council will close Russell Esplanade and Main Street intersection to all traffic between the hours of 7.00am Wednesday 24 March until 7.00pm Friday 26 March 2021. The purpose of the closure is to continue the Council watermain upgrade. All residents will have access to their properties from the planned detour route which is off Harbison or Liemen Streets. It will be an offence for vehicles to use the road during the period of closure without the prior written approval of the Group Manager Services and Assets.
