SOUTHLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE COLAC BAY FORESHORE ROAD Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Council will close Colac Bay Foreshore Rd east of Colac Bay Road to normal traffic between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm between Monday 4 July and Friday 21 of July. Note sections of the Colac Bay Foreshore Road will also be under manual traffic control during this work. The purpose of the closure is to enable maintenance to the seawall. A detour will be not available and only affected residence will be allowed access during the closure. It will be an offence for non-resident vehicles to use the road during the period of closure without the prior written approval of the Group Manager Infrastructure & Environmental Services.
