I just thought it was appropriate to say thanks once again to all of you for tolerating the inconveniences In fact we have been reminded on a daily basis how created by us managing Covid 19. for coming on your own, for leaving your belongings And most of all for doing all of that with good humour and patience. For waiting in your cars, for putting up with delays on occasion, for understanding why I can't dash into the hygienist room to have a quick look or do a dental exam, for signing in or using the tracking app, for the repeated hand sanitizing, for 30 second mouth rinses, fortunate we are to live and work in a community that is so kind and helpful. Getting things right in the practice can be challenging and stressful enough for my staff. To have to contend with grumpy or demanding patients would make things all that more difficult. Your smiling faces, courtesy and fortitude make our job an absolute pleasure.
