Liz is our Practice manager and Andrea assists her and manages the accounts. They are the smiling faces that greet you when you walk through the door and the calm, cheery voice at the end of the phone. Liz and I actually arrived in New Zealand almost at the same time both with our little girls in tow. Not so little now. My wee lassie has flown the nest and lives in Melbourne now and Eve towers over the both of us at 18 and is in her first year at university. She also knows how to laugh and when the two of them are here together it's delightful to hear their chuckling driffing down the coridor. Things can be getting really tight and Andrea just sails along in a state of efficient aplomb.
