They don't need any treatment because their mouths are well restored, they know how to take care of themselves at service their cars etc but they won't maintain their oral health. It's as if the home and we simply support them by keeping them on track and maintaining mouth is a separate thing not attached to the rest of their body. This couldn't the health of their teeth., gums and bone at their hygienist visits. be further from the truth. Dental disease has a huge negative impact on one's general health and it is very sad to see unstable heart disease and diabetes existing partly because someone's mouth is in very poor condition. Just food for thought.
