This Summary of Submissions together with full copies of the submissions, can be found on the Council's website at Waimakariri.govt.nz/privateplanchange. You can also view this information online at Council Services Centres and/or Libraries. The further submission process is an opportunity for certain persons to comment in support of, or opposition to, the original submissions received. A further submission can only be made on an original submission. The further submission process is not a call for new submission points or topics. Who can make a further submission? The following persons may make a further submission: A person who has an interest greater than the public in general. A person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest. The local authority itself (Waimakariri District Council). How to make a further submission Note: Further submissions must be submitted on a form that meets the requirements of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure Regulations 2003) within 10 working days from the date of this notice.
