WAIMAKARIRI DISTRICT COUNCIL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 WAIMAKARIRI DISTRICT PLAN PRIVATE PLAN CHANGE 30 RAVENSWOOD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED 10 BOB ROBERTSON DRIVE, WOODEND OPERATIVE DATE In accordance with Clause 20(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, public notice is hereby given of the decision on Private Plan Change 30, made by the Waimakariri District Council at its meeting on 4 April 2023. Private Plan Change 30 change rezones approximately 12.8 hectares from Residential 6a and Business 2 to Business 1 (Town Centre Zone) within Ravenswood at North Woodend and provides recognition of a Key Activity Centre (KAC), with the intent of facilitating retail activities. In conjunction with a revision of relevant maps, Private Plan Change 30 also amends the relevant existing Outline Development Plan and includes a new Outline Development Plan covering the area rezoned. The Waimakariri District Plan is amended in accordance with these decisions from Monday, 26 June 2023.
